• No services are provided to the United States and Canadian provinces that include user tax regulations. Users who use the services covertly are responsible for their actions, and BonsBIT accepts no liability in this regard.

#FATF & Countries subject to international financial sanctions

• No services are provided to any countries subject to international financial sanctions that prohibit financial transactions with other countries. Users in these countries are responsible for their own actions.

#SELLING INFORMATION

BonsBIT does not sell Your Personal Information, as defined. If in the future we do sell your personal information, we will notify you and you may have the right to opt-out of such sale.

#MARKETING

We may communicate company news, promotions, and information relating to our products and services provided by BonsBit. We may share Personal Data with third parties to help us with our marketing and promotional projects, or send marketing communications. By using BonsBIT, you accept this Privacy Policy and you agree to receive such marketing communications.

#The following information is encrypted on our servers in such a way that even the highest-level personnel at Bonus Bit cannot access it. This data is encrypted one-way and cannot be decoded.

• Transaction Information: Information about the transactions you make on our Services, such as the name of the recipient, your name, the amount, and/or timestamp.

• Message Content: Feedback, Email, SMS, App Rating, Comments.

• Application Activity: Browsers and tap records, search history, installed apps, running apps, crash logs、user-generated content, favorites, mouse movement, scroll position, key events, and touch events.

• Device Information: Carrier, brand, software version, model name, manufacturer, system language, OS Version、Locale、Fingerprint、Build ID、Baseband Version、SIM Country、SIM Serial Number、Battery Status、network, OAID, IMEI, GUID, MAC address, Android ID, SSID, Advertising ID and gyroscope/accelerometer data.

• Correspondence: Survey responses, information provided to our support team or user research team.

• Audio, electronic, visual and similar information, such as call and video recordings.

For example: We may use video (including audio) information as identity credentials for P2P merchants and as evidence for P2P order disputes. We may also use facial video (including audio) information for KYC identity verification on third-party platforms.
